Chemicals like sulfuric acid sit upstream of fertilizer production, copper extraction, battery-material processing, and semiconductor fabrication. Decoupling sulfuric acid production from sulfur supply is now a strategic priority for many countries, with producers turning to Travertine’s electrochemical sulfur recycling process for security of supply and lower price.
