Project Yellowstone

Travertine is developing a 30 kTa purified phosphoric acid (PPA) plant at an existing phosphates site, using The Travertine Process and their partner’s phosphate rock supply. The PPA will be marketed and sold to North American customers in the fertilizer and chemicals industries. The calcium carbonate co-product will be sold to a major cement producer for use in low carbon cement and ready-mix concrete production along their Mississippi River distribution network.
